The UTSA Design and Construction Standards provide a single source of documentation for items of critical importance to UTSA regarding new or renovated facilities. The Standards (1) are intended as a resource only, (2) should be incorporated into the design professional’s specifications document, and (3) are NOT intended to be used as construction documents.

Note:  Here's a link to the UT System Mechanical/Electric Standards. If these Standards come into direct conflict with the UTSA Design and Construction Standards linked above, please inform the approriate Project Coordinator and the Senior Project Manager for Capital Projects for resolution.  In most cases, the UTSA Design and Construction Standards will prevail.
